XoirDrioX origins trace back to early poetry written between 2013 and 2015, later developed into music.
XoirDrioX Origins
This work began long before it became music.
Between 2013 and 2015, I wrote a large number of poems—most of them personal, reflective, and never intended for a wider audience. They were fragments of thought more than structured pieces, written without any long-term plan.
Years later, a small portion of that writing was revisited and adapted into songs. Not everything was used. Only certain pieces carried enough weight to be reshaped into music without losing their original tone.
From Poetry to Music
The transition from poetry to music was not immediate. Many of the original texts remained unchanged for years before being reworked. Some were only slightly altered, while others evolved into something entirely different.
The goal was never to modernize or improve the writing, but to preserve its atmosphere while allowing it to exist in another form.
These songs are released under the XoirDrioX project:

The Zarr Chronicles
The Zarr sequence originated from poems written in 2015. What began as abstract, distant writing gradually formed a loose narrative across three pieces:
- Zarr Is Light Years Away
- Zarr Was A Sad Android
- Zarr Returns To Earth
These works lean toward atmosphere and distance, blending science fiction imagery with emotional isolation.
The Rednaxela Trilogy
The Rednaxela pieces also trace back to 2015, beginning with:
- Rednaxela The Dragon
- Rednaxela Again Did Rise
A third piece, Rednaxela, Keeper Of the Ash, was written much later, completing the arc. Unlike the Zarr sequence, these works move between intensity and reflection, shifting from external conflict toward something more internal.
New Work
During the process of revisiting older material, additional songs were written that were not tied to the original poems. These pieces emerged more naturally, shaped by the same themes but without direct source material.
In total, the project expanded beyond its original scope, becoming a combination of past writing and present interpretation.
Context
This site exists to provide background and context for that work.
It is not intended to duplicate the music site, but to document where the material came from and how it developed over time.
